Orders ship within approximately 3-7 business days after payment is received (not including the day the order was placed, Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays).
My shipping prices are based on USPS First Class and Priority Mail estimates and all domestic orders include delivery confirmation.
Returns
All Sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns, and we do not issue refunds because you don't like the scent or are allergic to an ingredient. We have a full ingredient for every product in our listings, so be sure to read it before ordering. If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we definitely want to make it right, so please contact us.
Gift Cards are final.
CAUTION WHEN ORDERING
Many of our products are made with oils, butters, and waxes that WILL melt in high temperatures. If your order sits in a hot mailbox or on a hot sunny porch in 100-degree heat, I guarantee your products will melt. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
